We are a public charity platform that began its mission in 2020. At Club Joy Children's Charity, we came into existence for children and families affected by a childhood disease or illness.
Our story began after seeking inspiration from our daughter’s courage as she spent months in the hospital battling liver disease, transplant and then rejection. The unbearably tough experience was transformed into a positive story through unconditional support from volunteers and charity organizations.
Now, at ten, she remembers the difficult time as a life-changing and positive adventure. When our daughter is in need of clinic visits, blood draws, or procedures, she is excited to go because of the enjoyment she received in the past. She met athletes, received presents, played bingo, interacted with animals, played on a newly built playground, and was provided with beautiful distractions and pain relief from child life specialists that made her struggle positive.
At this moment, Club Joy was born, beginning our journey of helping children and families affected by a childhood disease or illness. We draw encouragement from our daughter’s revolutionary experience that paved the way to our commitment to serving the affected children.
We have a clear objective: delivering happiness to children and families affected by a childhood disease or illness. We continuously discover new and better ways to achieve our mission.
Since establishment, we relentlessly endeavor to do what we promise to make a positive change in our communities and go beyond expectations to make a bigger impact on children. We are passionate, dedicated, and care deeply about our mission of supporting the critical issue and bring joy to children who need it the most. We work hard to offer the best possible distraction during hospital stays and prepare entertainment and gift-giving activities for them to spread smiles.
